CDC Vaccine Ordering & Inventory Best Practices
Developed usability best practices for vaccine ordering and inventory management systems that are used in healthcare providers' offices nationwide. The best practices were created to support states and territories in their efforts to create more user friendly and efficient vaccine inventory and ordering systems, and include workflows, wireframes, design rational and a clickable prototype.

Clinically Home Electronic Medical Record MVP
Worked with start-up Clinically Home to create new workflows and software to support the home health care of patients who would otherwise be admitted to the hospital for certain conditions. Collaborated with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop user requirements, workflows and designs for an MVP. The resulting product, similar to an Electronic Medical Record, included workflow management, care coordination, order entry, e-prescribing and document management.

Otoscan Handheld Ear Scanner
Designed the user experience for the world's first digital ear scanner, the Otoscan, which uses laser technology to accurately create a 3D representation of the surface of the ear canal. Introduced United Sciences, a start-up funded by GN Otometrics, to user centered design, essential to the commercialization and success of the product.
