Clinically Home Electronic Medical Record MVP
Designed the user experience for Clinically Home’s web based electronic medical record for treating patients in their own homes.
The Problem
Clinically Home, a healthcare startup, wanted to create a new product enabling patients to be treated in their own homes for certain conditions avoiding expensive and lengthy hospital stays. As a change to existing protocols, the founders needed to flesh out the workflows, requirements and user experience of software required to create positive patient outcomes and secure funding for continued development.
The Approach
Over the course of a year, we conducted user research with hospitals, patients, doctors and nurse practitioners to uncover user needs, create user flows, UI designs and prototypes, getting user feedback each step of the way.
The Result
The resulting MVP was a critical component in gaining support from investors for the next round of funding.
